Leicester Mela
After 20 years, Leicester Mela Festival returns to Abbey Park. With two days of live music, dance, food, fashion, South Asian culture and more!

Wings and wildflowers
A fun event for families to explore nature and mini beasts and unleash creativity!

Bands in the parks - The Melton Band
Relax and see a live band performing in the park on a Sunday afternoon.

Family fun day
Recreating the atmosphere of a village gala day with a wide range of stalls, vintage vehicles on display and one of the majestic beam engines in steam. A fun family event with games to play, plenty to see, and even coal fired chips freshly made from our very own vintage chip van.
