Get up and go

Get Up and Go Summer Programme is all about encouraging children, young people and their families to be physically active during the summer holiday.

From 15 July 2019, Get Up and Go sessions and events are taking place across the 12 of the Children, Young, People and Families centre.

To take part, register at your local Children's Centre, collect your GUAG passport and free reusable water bottle.   Then join in with the GUAG sessions held over the summer holiday to win stamps in your passport.

Collect 6 stamps in your passport to win a prize.  All completed passports from children, young people and adult will go into a grant prize draw, this will take place from the 19 to 23 August 2019.
