Cultural Quarter Earlies creative family festival travels back in time to Roman times. Find out what it was like to live in Roman Leicester, handle real Roman pottery and try your hand at archaeological excavation with University of Leicester archaeologists.

Free Family Fun Day! Come meet our local PCSO's at Leicester Guildhall. Explore the history of Leicester's first police headquarters, try out our Victorian prison cells, put mum and dad in the stocks, play dress up and enjoy solving our mystery trail around the museum.- 11am to 3pm at Leicester Guildhall
