Apply for a HAF Place

Information on how to register for a holiday activities and food (HAF) programme.

Registration update

Registration closed on Sunday 30 June 2024.   If you have requested a place, we are now checking all applicant's eligibility.  Once this has been completed, your chosen provider will contact you confirm if a place has been allocated. 

If you have not requested a place, late requests cannot be requested at this stage.  Should places become available, an update will appear on this webpage.

Things to consider before registering for a place

  • location and how your child will get there
  • days and the time of the programme 
  • age range of the programme

Take note:

  • Only apply if your child is receiving benefits-related free school meals 
  • Places are allocated to eligible children on a first come, first served basis
  • Up to four weeks of free provision can be allocated to an eligible child for the summer holiday
