Togetherness postnatal group

Togetherness postnatal group explores how babies communicate through behaviour such as crying, sleep and feeding, and supports parents to respond sensitively and confidently.

The group, delivered by Heads Up, meets weekly for 6 weeks and welcomes families living in Leicester City with a baby aged 0-6 months (or up to 12 months old if the group will meet the family’s needs).

The group will take place every Thursday for 6 weeks starting:

• Thursday 3 September 2026 until Thursday 8 October 2026.
• 10am to 12noon at Saffron Best Start Family Hub

Families can book their own place and professional can refer families at Heads Up
