Togetherness postnatal group

Togetherness postnatal group explores how babies communicate through behaviour such as crying, sleep and feeding, and supports parents to respond sensitively and confidently.

The group, delivered by Heads Up, meets weekly for 6 weeks and welcomes families living in Leicester City with a baby aged 0-6 months (or up to 12 months old if the group will meet the family’s needs).

The group will take place every Friday for 6 weeks starting:

• Friday 6 March 2026
• 2pm to 4pm at Thurnby Lodge Children, Young People and Family Centre
