Wraparound childcare

If your child is aged 4 to 11 years old, they may be able to access a wraparound childcare service located at or near their school during term time. 

Wraparound childcare gives children the chance to rest, relax, and have fun with friends before and after school. They will enjoy activities and a healthy breakfast and snacks.   

For parents, this service offers the flexibility to work longer hour, attend training or appointments, or return to employment.  

While there is a cost, many families can access support through tax-free childcare or universal credit, which can cover up to 85% of the fees. Find out more at Childcare Choices 

All providers are Ofsted registered and staffed by qualified professionals with up-to-date DBS checks.
