Local area SEND inspection

Local Areas are inspected at least once during a 5-year period and Leicester City was last inspected in May 2021 under the discontinued inspection framework. 

Leicester City’s local area partnership of education, health and social care services are jointly inspected by Ofsted and the Care Quality Commission (CQC) to see how well they meet their responsibilities towards children and young people with SEND.
