Get Up and Go!

The summer holidays are nearly here and Get Up and Go is back!

The Get Up and Go programme will run between 14 July and 22 August, keeping families active with a wide range of free fun-filled activities available across the city.

National Play Day takes place on Wednesday 6 August 2025.  This year, Leicester's Play Day is extended across the whole week to give families the chance to take part at a Children, Young People and Family Centre or venue local to them.
