Updates to the early years provider agreement

A revision of the Early Years Provider Agreement (EYPA) and Annex documents came into effect from Summer term 2025.

The Addendum to the Early Years Provider Agreement details all the changes made to the provider agreement.
The Annexes updated have been published to the website.

All changes made are applicable from 1 April 2025 and supersede information accessed prior to this date.
