To allow estimate payments for stretched or extended funded hours to be calculated, providers are asked to submit child level information online.

If you are a childminder, you are submitting this form to inform us of which children will be attending your setting for the forth coming term to determine your estimate payment.
Submitting information
This form will allow us to calculate any estimate payment you may be due. Submitting the form does not guarantee payment and is subject to checks. You will receive a reference number on submitting the form, please make note of this number for future reference.
