Exercise for children
We’ve pulled together a selection of online exercise platforms who either offer free access or offer extended trials during the coronavirus outbreak.
You should aim to move every day. Recommendation is:
- Under 5’s - Three hours each day
- Children and young people - one hour each day
- Adults - 2 ½ hours each week
